About Us

Families for Families began with our extended family desiring to help your special needs family. We serve not only our clients, but also their entire family, which represents the loving, supporting circle of care for our clients.

We believe that truly effective care is achieved by establishing a network of nurturing providers; we call this the care chain. It is our goal to ensure that every link in the care chain is strong. We recognize that the family must be cared for so that our client can be fully supported.

Often we encounter caregivers that work endlessly to support their loved ones, while receiving no care in return. At Families For Families we believe in nurturing the nurturer. Our agency seeks to provide support services for not only our clients, but also their care team, which leads to a better quality of life for the entire family. Each link in the care chain needs to receive care so that link can be strong. In addition to meeting physical needs, caregivers provide love, emotional support, encouragement, and a host of other intangibles to meet the needs of their loved ones. Our agency wants to ensure that caregivers get this imperceptible care in return. It is this circle of care- giving and receiving- that allows caregivers to be a strong link that will sustain the care chain for the people we mutually serve. The end goal is superior, sustainable care for your loved one.

We feel that community is a network of love. If everyone shows loves to everyone else, then each person in the community will receive love. It is this human necessity that is sometimes forgotten and that which we endeavor to bring into all of the homes we serve.

Families For Families wishes to provide true support to the individuals we serve by ensuring their circle of care is deep and resilient. We strive to achieve this support through constant communication and collaboration with every service provider involved in our client’s life. To us, these service providers are the central foundation to enabling a meaningful and loving life in the community for those we serve. May the care circle be unbroken.
